This contractor was reasonable in his price for the work done. The job had a few errors. One of which he came back the next day to resolve. I'm sorry you're not completely satisfied but there were no errors. I know for a fact because as with every door I install I ask the homeowner to try the door to their approval and satisfaction when I'm done and you did just that and approved. And I still returned to make minor adjustments after. You did have someone else come after me to do other work or paint and that may have affected the integrity of the door. As far as getting together to solve any issues after I asked you repeatedly to call me so that we can agree on a day and time but you refused to. Thank you for your review and I hope you enjoy your doors for many years to come.

Jim was punctual, knowledgeable & fixed everything perfectly. I had some ceiling vents that had been installed incorrectly were falling out, as well as a large door that was off-kilter. He secured all of the vents & shimmed the door perfectly, dialing in everything exactly where it needed to be. He took his time to do things right & pledged to fully back his work. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer a face to face meeting to get a feel of the project at hand and what exactly the customer's needs and wants are. Discuss options, cost and timing. Then follow up after job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am formally trained through the Carpenter's union apprenticeship program and by non union master carpenters in the field. I have 20 years experience altogether.
