Homer was immediate with a response and scheduled an appointment quickly. We had a big job on a house with some very dodgy wiring and they did a great job installing a new box and sorting out our other issues. There was an issue after they left and they came back quickly with ComEd reps to make sure everything was done on their end. It turned out to be a problem on the power company side. Not sure another contractor would have gone through the trouble, but very glad they did!

As for as troubleshooting where there's less problem nobody else can find my top electrician and I charge $235 per hour if the problem is not solved it no charge

Explain everything in detail so the customer can understand and most of all let them knowonce the work is started we will be there until it's completed we never asked for money down payments are made completion of the work
