Introduction: By identifying what goals and ideas each client would like to bring into the therapeutic space, I hope to empower and support insight building and positive outcomes. I often use solution and strength-focused interventions in practice and have specialized training in trauma-focused practice as well as working with the LGBTQ community. I am passionate about providing person-first care, focusing on the overall well-being of my clients, through provision of counseling and support, identification of external resources, or examining and making meaning of each person's unique experiences. I have experience working with individuals along the lifespan who are experiencing difficulty with feelings of depression, anxiety, grief/loss, identity building, relationship concerns, chronic illness, family struggles, communication, self-esteem, stress management, and trauma.
