- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever we come across a potential client, we always schedule a meet and greet with the client and their pet. This is to ensure that the client and pet feel comfortable with the walker/sitter and vice versa. In the meet and greet, we ask the client various questions about their pet and provide them with a chance to give us more information about what makes their pet special. This ensures that the walker/sitter can provide the best possible care for each and every animal.
