Jocelyn is the most reliable and friendly dog walker/sitter ever! She responds promptly and is always on time to walk my pup. She also stays in communication while we are gone and sends pics and updates of our dog. Her prices are extremely reasonable for the excellent care she provides for your pet. You know you are in good hands with her, she is the absolute best! I can't recommend her enough! (Location; Logan Square)

Jocelyn watched our two cats over Thanksgiving and she was awesome! We have one cat who hates any strangers and always hides during the care visits, so we told her she would probably only see one cat. Jocelyn must be a cat whisperer because both came out for pets and attention. She sent us multiple pics each day of the kitties enjoying the attention. :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever we come across a potential client, we always schedule a meet and greet with the client and their pet. This is to ensure that the client and pet feel comfortable with the walker/sitter and vice versa. In the meet and greet, we ask the client various questions about their pet and provide them with a chance to give us more information about what makes their pet special. This ensures that the walker/sitter can provide the best possible care for each and every animal.
