Being a novice in gym workouts, I decided to take help of fitness trainer, Tyrone Walton. I have attended a total of 5 early morning sessions with him till now and all of them are really helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me through the exercises during the sessions. We do have light friendly conversations during the sessions which make them even more effective. The gym itself is very clean and rarely crowded. Also, I find workouts to be appropriate to my level of fitness. Tyrone has a very sound strategy to slowly pace yourself to muscle building. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are offering a special price of $150 will cover a membership for unlimited sessions Monday through Friday. 5am-8am and 530pm-9pm are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we have a sit down consultation and fitness assessment. I assess your health history, injuries, workout experience and goals. We will then move to the free session, in which, you will experience what a workout program from us will be like. Afterwards I will ask for a review and then you can choose if you'd like to continue.
