Mr. Thornton put in a new hot water tank and a boiler for me. He did an excellant job and is a timely person. If the time he said he would arrive changed, he made sure to called me to let me know. He also explained what was going on and if their was a potential problem with something else, he made it known to me instead of fixing it and then charging me later. I highly recommend his company. He's proficient and reliable. He is a pleasant person to work with and knows his job. He also fixed my oven, which is what I initiationally called him for, and I ended up calling him back later to replace my hot water tank and boiler. I would call him again if any other appliances in my home go out of whack.

As a general contractor, i call on Direct Improvements to assist me with all my HVAC. I've been working with Direct Improvements for 8 yrs now. In fact i met the owner Thornell, in Iraq. He was charged with servicing AC units to keep military personnel cool. Direct Improvements has been critical to my Contracting business. They do fantastic work and are timely. With mechanicals being so important in rehabbing and renovations Direct Improvements is my go to company. I've also referred Thornell to many customers and they've always appreciated his professionalism and quality of work.
