- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do all of our worker's compensation and personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis. We take a percentage of what we obtain for the client. If we don't win the case, there is no charge, but we usually win!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first collect all the client's information and I personally meet with all new clients to get all the details of your case. We meet at my office between 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday and 9am and 1pm on Saturdays. It is important that the partner intakes and signs up your case so that the issues are focused from the beginning of your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree and 24 years prosecuting and trying worker's compensation and personal injury cases. I speak fluent Spanish as does most of the members of my law firm.
