- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Essentially there are 2 different types of clients, clients that know exactly what design they want, and client's that are leaning on us to create their design for them. Regardless of the client, every project is paired up with a design manager who walks the client through the entire process. First we guarantee that the design is exactly as the customer would like it and ask the client to approve the final artwork, once approved we collect payment via CC, Paypal, Venmo or if you are local in Chicago we allow for COD. The project goes into production within 5-8 days from artwork approval and we provide photographs of the first print to let you know production has begun. Final order is shipped on us (orders over $100) and arrives less than 14 days from the artwork approval.
