Lana was very kind and had an instinctual sense of focusing on my sore spots without me having to give input. She taught me some stretches I could do to ease the pain every day. I will definitely see her again.

She very professional, arrived a few minutes before the appointment. She knows the pressure points to relax your tense muscles, has strong fingers which I like. I will hire her again and recommend her to friends and relatives.
