- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer, we provide a free consultation/ evaluation. During this time, we discuss their goals, expectations, payment process and all the details of the training. We then go through a thorough assessment of their current physical state.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?John Morales (Owner) began in the fitness industry he underwent a lifestyle transformation. He struggled with obesity for most of his life. When he hit the 300lb's he decided that enough was enough. He committed himself to taking his health more seriously and along the way it sparked a passion for health and wellness. Since then, John has desired to help people overcome the obstacles he have overcame. What ever your goal is, John will be 100% committed to helping you get there!
