I apologize you were not happy with our service. but your wife tried to scam us. She claimed we ruined her stair riser. When we had taken all precautions, as in laid paper and moving blankets down. We had put on booties also. we also had pictures. we did not ruin the floor. it was ware and tear.

I hired him to finish two bathroom's, one bathroom was finished, with a hiccup, he fixed it but the other one, he never finished, it took him 3 weeks to get where he left everything, and finally he claimed it was my fault, because it took me 1 day to figure out with a drywall specialist how bad was his mistake, and then he got mad, because he said, i promised him to purchase my house carpet, to which i said i would purchase from him (this was all agreed after he started), after i received a refund from a painter that ripped me off (till today i have not received the refund). This is so unprofessional to leave a work undone, and the part that he did from the second bathroom, as he was so pissed off, that i told him to hold on the carpet, until i receive the refund, the new tile specialist had to fix it as it was not done right, and it ended up costing me more money. Things to improve, focus on what your good at, he is really good, but look what happened when your not focused on one thing at a time.

We won't confuse or overwhelm our customers with technical terminology or harried tones. The customer will call to set up an appointment, and we will come out to evaluate the problem, sometimes problems could be solved at the same time. depending on the project at task
