The worker was right on time, very professional, and very nice. I would use them again for sure.Jul 28, 2018VerifiedSpencer (Trapper) R.'s reply
Thank you we are 24/7 on the weekends thank you for using Thumbtack
Trapper Rose is the best! We've had skunks tearing up our yard for about a month. Today a skunk sprayed our dog and that was the last straw. I called Trapper Rose and in less than an hour him and his partner were at my house! He captured one skunk and set traps to hopefully catch any others. He was professional, fast and very kind.Aug 16, 2017VerifiedSpencer (Trapper) R.'s reply

It’s nice to know that you were understanding about Raccoons in your attic and once the birth happens we have to wait. Thank you for using Thumbtack. And yes it took 2 months to get them out and we can’t rush nature nor Raccoons to come out!
We had a bird still alive in the tube above our water heater, I was hoping to save it but it died before he got here. It turned out to be a simple job and expensive, $200.00, however Spencer was the only one out of 6 or so contractor types I called that would come out late at night 9:15pm on a Monday and he came out all the way from West Side of Chicago to Bartlett. He was polite and seems to really care for animals. He even saves them if they are still alive and can re-release, hiring an animal lover is a must for us. If a wild one gets stuck in our house we always want to save it if possible. If this particular situation arose again I learned How to do it myself by watching him do it but if there were animals in the attic or some other wildlife issue I would definitely call him first. He really goes out of his way to take care of the needs of the customer just like I do with my business. Picture show where bird was trapped.Jun 13, 2017VerifiedSpencer (Trapper) R.'s reply
We thank you and the rush to save the bird was our goal yet that wasn't the case😔yet. The removal went well . Glad you were pleased .Trapper Rose 🐾🌹
Trapper Rose was terrific. Most of the companies I looked at said they were 24/7 but it was only their answering service that could be reached. Trapper was truly 24/7. His first visit was on a Saturday evening. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about his work. He has a very engaging personality which made a stressful situation easier to deal with. I would highly recommend him.Jul 17, 2018Verified
