I've got to say that I was somewhat hesitant to invest money into the service. With a background in human resources, I've been writing resume's for years, including my own, and wasn't sure if I'd receive anything that was better than what I could do. However, boy was I wrong!! Miranda and her team did an AMAZING job on my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn page. I don't have enough great things to say about the professionalism and accuracy of the end-product. What truly caught me by surprise was how they were able to "capture the essence" of my career and various skills. We offer several packages, as well as à la carte services. Our packages range from express (one resume delivered in a few days) to strategic (a resume and job search strategy specifically designed for you). We also offer one of the only subscription services available to job seekers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can begin with a phone call or a form submission, whichever is easier for you! Then, we collaborate to develop the first draft. The majority of our packages offer a 30-day revision window, during which we can collaborate to make changes to your resume. We also offer a 60-day interview guarantee on most services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Morley Career Solutions was founded and is managed by Miranda Morley, a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and MA in English with experience working as a Senior Resume Writer for multiple organizations. Miranda teaches Resume Writing courses throughout the Chicagoland area and is a professor at two institutions of higher learning.
