Coaching is a very focused and solution-oriented process.
My job as your coach is to get behind you with my intention, energy, and belief in your abilities.
Your job is to agree to receive support, work collaboratively with me, and communicate fully with me so that we’re a team.
As a coach, I know that the answer to whatever is stumping you – underneath the doubt, uncertainty, and fear – is within. You already possess the power to live your ideal life, and you can have it!
During our sessions, I'll
never ask you to compromise your morals, principles, or truth. I'll never encourage you to tolerate abuse in any form. My role will be to serve as your advocate and cheerleader, and provide you with a proven process along with resources that will serve you not only in your current situation, but for the rest of your life.
I love connecting individuals with their higher selves, aiding them to become confident, productive, and emotionally agile.

I would highly recommend her services to anyone that is really looking to level up at any stage of their life and isn't afraid to work hard to improve. Sarah provided structure around areas that were needed, (i.e. the hard 'skills' and marketing tools), while providing reminders about emotional kindness as different things often come up when you are in a stage of self-reflection. She understood the battles, gave actionable advice, checked in on different items, and provided long-term solutions while being a supportive source of motivation.
