I had a great experience at Incendie. I was looking for an engagement ring and did a little research on all the C's, so I went in a little prepared. Little did I know that most information I heard from other sellers or read on the internet was not as thorough as George was. He made sure I was knowledgeable about every aspect of a diamond. You can tell he is a passionate and very knowledgeable about diamonds. I came in with a budget in mind and we found what I was looking for for thousands of dollars less. If you are looking for the right diamond, this is the place to go. Everything is gia certified and they will give you the best quality diamond at truly the best price. They're is no sales pitch or any pressure. In fact he encouraged me to do my due diligence and see why else is out there. When I went to other places and spoke to individuals, they tried to pressure me at first but after asking the right questions that George had helped me with, they thought I was a reselller. Plus, I compared apples to apples and for the same quality of product, no one can beat Incendie prices. I highly recommend at least a visit with Incendie, and you will be amazed with the information you will gain there.

My first experience with Incendie and George stems back to mid-2015 when I was searching for an engagement ring. I had visited several stores (based on friend's recommendations) to do my due diligence. But after meeting with George, I knew I had found the right place. George made my vision a reality and all within my budget. He educated me along the way and helped me find a beautiful diamond. He was always honest and upfront. He made sure I was absolutely happy. The finished product was perfect. My fiance, now wife, loves the ring, and she ALWAYS receives compliments. We were so pleased with Incendie and George that we've bought a couple jewelry since then. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for an engagement ring is very simple... you decide what shape center stone you want, what you want to spend and I will tell you what the best and biggest options are in your budget. Our process is seamless. If you are buying wedding bands we will either match your wedding band to your engagement ring or you can select a unique piece. All of our pricing is wholesale. You will not pay RETAIL.
