Simply excellent. Kent went above and beyond to ensure my family was well taken care of considering the scope of the job changed! We contacted Kent just before a scheduled trip and he was very flexible to ensure we had minimal worries while we were away. I highly recommend his services. I hope we never have to use him again, but in case we do, I’d call Kent without hesitation!

After calling a National Pest Control franchise who quoted me nearly $4000 for bedbug extermination, I looked to Thumbtack. They gave me 3 companies: one that charged $175 (I didn't buy it), and 2 that were around $1000. I called K&T Sonshine because they were slightly lower. After re-negotiating the price after he saw the size of my house, Kent from K&T Sonshine was right there with me every step of the way. He told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure we keep the bedbugs away, and he came 3 times in 2 weeks to make sure the job was done. What I liked is that I felt I could fully trust him. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and full of integrity. I would highly recommend K&T Sonshine especially for bedbug extermination.

treating the customer with the utmost respect getting to know him or her and learn everything there is about the job that is needed. listen to your customers very carefully allow them to express themselves so that you can give them the proper services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 38 year old man and the first time I went out with my father I was ten I have almost 30 years of Education and Training of this trade hands-on experience is the best training you can ever receive.
