- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with a new client on the phone to get to know them before meeting. My first sessions will be slightly longer than usual to ensure we have enough time to talk about their goals and get to know one another. I then lead either a yoga or health coaching session that is customized to their needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all ages and levels! I have a ton of experience working with seniors at the yoga studio and fitness center I work at. I have experience helping people rehabilitate injuries or prevent injuries, as one of my independent contracts is with a holistic chiropractic center, where I conduct mini health coaching and yoga sessions. I love being able to help all levels, body types, or ages feel the benefits of yoga. I start where the client is and build them up. I have also worked with teens and athletes; I teach yoga as a warm up or cool down for professional and collegiate athletes for a local sports agency.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I ask clients to have a general idea of what their goals are with yoga or health coaching. What is drawing you to seek personalized care?
