FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Friends, no one likes to talk about money, it can be uncomfortable but it doesn't HAVE to be like that. I know planning a wedding is overwhelming especially financially and everyone has a budget. This is not a hobby for me or my part-time gig. This is my full-time job, it pays my bills and helps to put food on the table for my family. At the end of the day, if you like good company and you want to work with me, 10 times out of 10, I want to work with you, too! If you're afraid I might be out of your price range, just reach out to me before you scratch Ashlee Cole Photography off the your list. I am always willing to work something out that is fair to both of us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking the time to get to know my clients before a session or event is extremely important. I have specific questionnaires in place to help me learn more about you in addition to phone consultations and in-person meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of experience in the wedding and portrait industry. I have shot over 50 weddings in the last 2 years and enjoyed every moment of it. I am a KJ lighting and location and consistency course member. Each year I pick a continuing education course to complete to stay up to date and current with my gear, how to use light to photograph gorgeous memories etc. There is never a point where you are finished learning especially in this industry. I am a self-taught professional photographer.
