Anna designed a professional, stunning personal 'resume' website that I wanted to give my job hunt a "boost". - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. We like to start with a free, 30-minute consultation to learn about your business, challenges & goals. During that time, you can also pick our brains about all things marketing. 2. If you decide you'd like to work with us, we'll then send you an online proposal, which you can accept with digital signature and secure credit card payment. 3. Next up is our discovery session. This will typically be a longer call in which we gather all the relevant details and requirements for your project. This will enable us to make sure that we turn your vision into a reality. 4. Once we've completed our work on your content or website, you'll have one or two opportunities for revision to make sure that we've got everything exactly right. 5. For social media or blogs, once we have your approval on content we'll go ahead and post it on your behalf so you don't have to lift a finger. For websites, we'll transfer the files from our testing server to your own server and domain and send you customized videos that guide you through managing your site yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Anna has a BA in journalism and a master’s degree in education. She built her own successful e-commerce company from the ground up and was responsible for product design, packaging, social media, sales copy and PR outreach. She’s a writing chameleon as she’s written a huge range of content for her own companies and a wide variety of other small businesses that range from fashion to law to dentistry. An article she wrote about the fact that she’s not a millennial went viral, has been published on Huffington Post and has garnered over a million likes and shares over 2 years. She worked on everything from helping clients with simple business solutions to developing custom ecommerce & social media websites.
