Anna designed a professional, stunning personal 'resume' website that I wanted to give my job hunt a "boost". - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The prices for my services are listed on my website - a few set monthly packages as well as some ala carte services. However, if your needs differ from what you see on my site, please get in touch and I can put together a custom package for you. My low rates do not reflect a lack of quality, but rather a desire to work with small "mom & pop" businesses that have small marketing budgets. My goal is to make professional marketing services accessible to all small business owners who are interested in boosting their online presence. I offer a referral program to current clients - if you refer me to someone you know and they end up hiring me, you each get $100 off your next service or month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to have at least one phone conversation or in-person meeting to learn more about your business, goals and expectations. After that, I send a very simple statement of work and intake questionnaire that allows you to provide more info about your company, your customers and what you'd like to accomplish together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BA in journalism, a Masters of Arts in teaching and 4 years' experience doing online marketing for clients in a wide variety of fields. Additionally, I launched my own ecommerce company over a year ago, which I run entirely on my own. For that company, I did everything from creating the website to sourcing products overseas to package copy and design to interacting with customers.
