- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Nothing is final until we speak and agree on a price. The estimate on the app is just that. There are plenty of options and discounts based on subscription based services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Conduct a discovery call. Find out the potential clients budget for the event and build a menu from there. If it’s someone that is looking for nutritional or weight loss help after the discovery call get a clear picture of what my potential clients goal is how they look how they feel and work back from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an associate’s degree in culinary arts from the le cordon blu
