We hired Party Vibe for our wedding, both their DJ services and photo booth services and wow! Their Rockstar booth really is one of a kind. Our guests llllooooved the fog feature. When it comes to the dancing, they’re music mixing skills are better than I’ve ever heard before. I think our guests took every business card the DJ had. Lol. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices start lower than most other companies, and our packages are larger. Every package includes ceremony and cocktail services for free. Our 'Everything-You-Need' package ($1000) includes 8 hours of play time, full dance floor lighting with extra moonflower lighting fixtures, our signature mixing equipment with 2 speakers and a microphone, 8 up lights, and for a limited time, a FREE custom monogram light! Our photo booth services start at only $450 and include more than any other photo booths on the market. With user-controlled lighting, effects, and even fog, you can take snaps, GIFs, and even LIVE photos to share with your friends! We have ‘green-screen’ options, as well enclosed or open photo booths! As well, we offer discounts for winter weddings, weekday weddings, and for visiting us in person at any of our LIVE events!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After booking with us, our clients get access to our secure, online planning forms, and we start scheduling a time where they can meet their DJ! Couples usually meet their DJ a few months before the wedding, while our office collects all of the details your DJ will need for the entire night. For couples with questions about how our services will look at their venue, we’ll gladly schedule an ‘equipment showing’ where we’ll come to your venue and show you exactly what your room will look like on your big day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have 20+ years of combined DJ experience across the midwestern United States. Made up of DJs, musicians, producers, and sound engineers, our staff's passion for music and event planning well surpasses our competitors! We have a three stage hiring process that can take up to 4 weeks, and before being hired, each of our DJs is required to have gigged at clubs, weddings, and house parties to give them a well rounded and complete set of experiences to aid them in their ability to read and react to different types of crowds at any event.
