We hired Party Vibe for our wedding, both their DJ services and photo booth services and wow! Their Rockstar booth really is one of a kind. Our guests llllooooved the fog feature. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices start lower than most other companies, and our packages are larger. Every package includes ceremony and cocktail services for free. Our most basic 'Everything-You-Need' package ($1000) includes 8 hours of play time, full dance floor lighting with extra moonflower lighting fixtures, our signature mixing equipment with 2 speakers and a microphone, 8 uplights and for a limited time a FREE custom monogram light! We also have a self-serve photobooth (digital or print) that starts at only $450 and includes more than any other photobooth on the market. With user-controlled lighting, effects, and even fog, you can take snaps, GIFs, and even LIVE photos to share with your friends!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We can meet most our clients over videochat/phone services. We specialize in making house calls, though most people who want to meet in person prefer to meet at their favorite coffee shop or venue (we'll pay for coffee!). From there, if you'd like to book our services, we'll send a contract for you to complete and send back to us. Once the contract is complete you'll have 30 days to send the deposit, and a custom payment plan will be made for you. As well, we'll send over our planning forms and begin setting up a time where you can meet your DJ. Our office will contact you periodically to collect the details we'll need for the event and to check and see if there is anything else we can do to help with planning. You don't need to pick every single song for the dancefloor, dinner, etc, like other companies may ask of you. Our DJs are real and experienced and know how to read a react to a crowd. For any given time slot that requires music, you can simply ask us to use our experience and judgment, or you can submit your favorites and we'll fill in the gaps! We are available daily via email, videochat, phone, and IM through our website Mon and Wed from 10am - 8pm, Tues and Thurs 2pm - 8pm, and Fri, Sat, and Sun by appointment only. After booking, we'll walk you through the entire process and we'll set your mind at ease as we help you check off each item on that wedding to-do list!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have 20+ years of combined DJ experience across the midwestern United States. Made up of DJs, musicians, producers, and sound engineers, our staff's passion for music and event planning well surpasses our competitors! We do not train DJs or emcees, we only hire real, experienced, and well-qualified performers. We have a three stage hiring process that can take up to 4 weeks, and before being hired, each of our DJs is required to have gigged at clubs, weddings, and house parties. We're serious about our quality of service.
