Doyle was fantastic! I asked about his services in the morning and he came the same day. My kitchen swing door fell down, and he put it back up. It seemed like an impossible task to my boyfriend and I, but he did it in approximately 30 minutes. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and skilled. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing typically only includes labor. I never charge for basic hardware (nuts, bolts, etc.) to complete a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I introduce myself and ask if there are any extra precautions I should take while working in the home/business. Then I’ll ask if there are any time constraints for the job, and I’ll explain how I plan to approach the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have numerous licenses and certifications. I have a current City of Chicago Boiler Operator License, EPA Universal Certification, Locksmithing Certification, State of Illinois Swimming Pool Operator License, and OSHA 10 Hour General Construction Safety Training.
