- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $50 to $75 to do diagnose the issue and give an accurate estimate. The cost depends on customer distance and time spent on troubleshooting. Majority of my repairs range from $175-250 including parts and labor. I stock many common parts for microwaves, Dishwashers, Dryers, Washers and Refrigerators, which allows me to do many same day repairs. I'm extremely reasonable and am willing to work with most people. All MILITARY VETERANS WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNT!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from Purdue University in Aeronautical Technology with a specialty in Avionics and EET. I've worked as an Aircraft Technician since 2000 for a major airline.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child I was dissembling and reassembling anything I could that needed repair or sometimes just to see how it worked! I was obsessed with vacuums, lawnmowers and snowblowers! LOL!
