Introduction: I started first cooking private dinners for my family, so I like to believe I started with some rigorous training that helped train me for my career for years until culinary school. Professionally I've been cooking for 7 years and have learned so much in my time cooking. After culinary school, I've learned to cater baby showers, rehearsal dinners, large dinner parties, birthday bashes, and wedding anniversaries all while keeping a day job in restaurants in Chicago. I also teach cooking classes and love that so much that I work part time as a chef instructor in Lincoln Park. I love to challenge myself and I'm very passionate towards food. What's next!
