Introduction: We are a physical therapy outpatient clinic. We provide different types of treatment for pain management, chronic back pain, sports injuries, knee pain, gait abnormalities, fractures, facial palsy, foot pain, shoulder injuries, arthritis, postural problems. We also do physical therapy for children. We accept the following insurances: Meridian, Blue Cross, Aetna, County care, Illinicare, and Molina.
