I’ve been going to DMSFit for 5 years now and love the experience. The sessions fit within my budget easily so it isn’t a financial strain on me. The trainers are very knowledgeable and can explain to me how each exercise works the muscles, and can alter them to provide more or less of a challenge. Dave and Sarah switch things up enough to keep me interested so I don’t get bored, which is why I’ve been coming for so long.

Because of his thorough knowledge about pacing and layering of different exercises during my sessions, David Sandoval has helped me work through several issues I’ve had with body pain. And DMSfit is a fun place to workout. In short, this place is wonderful.
