My last review was stupid. I was in a bad place and didn't give the company a chance to correct anything. Eric, the owner has virtually jumped thru hoops to do everything he can to make sure everything is perfect on our end. I had some communication issues on my end, not his that made me think there werw problems that did not exist. Eric has been a stand up guy the entire time. We had a very complicated move and he is ensuring everything is going to be perfect at no additional cost to us after all. Please consider that we had had a death in the family immediately before the move and I am disabled which only made the move that much more stressful. My prior review was written out of stress, pain, and lack of sleep. I apologize. They didn't send the 2-26' trucks they committed to so on actual moving day (and tried to pack both places in 1 day which was impossible even with our packing a huge quantity ourselves) they sent a 20' & 24' truck. When they filled those (and they were inefficient packing even wrapping empty tape rollsin paper and packing boxes half empty) they forced me to pay $1,200 above our fully paid for SET PRICE CONTRACT for another 15'truck on my credit card. When they were almost done packing, they were going to come back in the morning to finish the very little left. Having no where to stay, we left and started our trip. They joined us the next day. They then told us that they left our patio furniture. They did not tell us if they left anything else. We are missing lots of boxes we packed ourselves. We are missing an entire antique desk. And have a few broken damaged items we paid $2,200 for a full coverage policy. I contacted the owner so far, not a word on my missing items.Dec 21, 2018VerifiedBest Cost Movers's reply

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have a combined 30 years experience in long distance moving, whether residential or commercial. Never any brokering, these are our contracted jobs from start to finish!
