- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My objective is for my clients not to over spend for professional quality photographs. My job is to facilitate high-end work while working within my clients' budgets. My client recognize that my pricing is affordable and a really good value. In addition to keeping my rates down, I also tend to provide many more pictures for my clients compared to most photographers so you end up with Quality, Quantity, and Affordability!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy having a consultation with customers and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? I hope to convey to them that Joelz Photography is a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years experience in photography and 2 years in videography. Also, I am an expert in using softwares like Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premier, etc.,
