- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every project is different and unique. I can not give a set price until I visit the location and see how big the are is and what the customer would like to accomplish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Go in person to see the area that project will be taking place at. Talk with customer to get an idea of what what they invision. Point out any potiental problem areas that might be an obstacle for project. Send customer quotes and explain the qoute to ensure we are on the same page and have an understanding. Lastly, update the customer on any changes that might or are needed during and prior to project starting. Honestly is my best policy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 13 years experince in all different categories such as carpentry, framing, painting, installing hardwood flooring, Tile, Kitchen, etc.
