- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers are different. Treat each customer the way I would want to be treated. No problem is to big to fix. Stay calm and work through the issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years on the job training, A+, owner/operator of my own retail computer store. 20 years field service support in desktop, server and network environments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy solving problems. Took electronics at Chico High back in 1982 and enjoyed it so much I chose to pursue computer repair. One job lead to better, and I continued.
