- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PERSONAL TRAINING RATES Single Session Rates (up to 3 sessions) o Per Session – Single person = $30.00 o Per Session – Two people = $50.00 o Per Session – Three people = $60.00 Prescheduled Prepaid Packaged Rates o 4-12 Sessions = $25/session o 13 or more Sessions = $20/session All personal training sessions are 45-60 minute sessions. PLEASE CONSULT A PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally call my prospective client to discuss their fitness needs. I give them a brief overview of my services and pricing and if they are interested, we set up a time to meet face to face and further discuss goals and assessments that may be needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) CPR/AED Certification from The American Heart Association
