- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate for a wedding is $150. Extra fees would include any counseling I would do and if we do a rehearsal (which I highly recommend) there will be an additional $30.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible I prefer to meet with the couples whom I am going to marry. I like to get a more personal idea of the couple as this helps me to personalize their wedding ceremony. I also encourage couples to seek out marriage counseling before getting married. Usually this is about four sessions. I am capable of doing this counseling or the couple can choose someone else the might prefer. As the pastor of a local church I also can offer a small venue for your wedding. My sanctuary holds comfortably about 150 people. We also have a hall that can be used for a reception. The use of either of these and the fees involved can be discussed as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Nazarene Bible College. I have pastored churches for over 30 years performing many weddings. My wife and I are trained Marriage Enrichment teachers.
