Introduction: Ready, Set, Bold is a public speaking company that teaches individuals public speaking skills. My goal is to empower individuals to find their voice and learn how to captivate their audiences. I train students through adults. When I see my clients build their confidence and make the fear of a public speaking a thing in the past, this makes me incredibly proud and is the best part about the work I do.

Stephanie is a stellar communicator, and a true pleasure to have on your team. She spoke at our an anti-bullying presentation at an elementary school, and her speech was clear, engaging, well paced and perfectly tailored to the audience. Her creative visuals captured the audience’s attention and provided a powerful metaphor for her message. She was positive, professional and reliable throughout. Stephanie has helped me on two separate occasions prepare to speak in public. The first was with my social media presentation that I had to give at an international dance competition to studio owners, and the other was my Maid of Honor speech for a wedding. Public speaking is definitely not my forte, but Stephanie helped me to feel confident and be successful. Stephanie is very professional and lovely to work with. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customer first. I also have them complete a quick assessment that tells me what their needs are, that way I am able to best assist them and tailor my services to fit their specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management and have been an avid member of Toastmaster's International. In my tenure with Toastmaster's International, I have been President of my club, am currently an Area Director that oversees four club and have achieved several educational awards as well as competed in speech competitions. I am an experienced developmental professional with demonstrated experience as a trainer and facilitator for a large government agency. I have experience teaching students ages pre-kindergarten through high school.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved public speaking and being in front of an audience. I became passionate about public speaking after listening to a motivational speaker during my high school studies and have loved it ever since.
