- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customer first. I also have them complete a quick assessment that tells me what their needs are, that way I am able to best assist them and tailor my services to fit their specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management and have been an avid member of Toastmaster's International. In my tenure with Toastmaster's International, I have been President of my club, am currently an Area Director that oversees four club and have achieved several educational awards as well as competed in speech competitions. I am an experienced developmental professional with demonstrated experience as a trainer and facilitator for a large government agency. I have experience teaching students ages pre-kindergarten through high school.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved public speaking and being in front of an audience. I became passionate about public speaking after listening to a motivational speaker during my high school studies and have loved it ever since.
