Ben and the other instructors at Artifex are top notch experts for firearm instruction and personal defense. They all have a wealth of knowledge and were extremely patient and professional. I had a fantastic experience learning from them and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to learn from instructors who have a great deal of real world experience to enhance their programs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to them! To find out what they are looking for and what their shooting experience is to date. For CCW we work with them to help complete the application form and good cause statement, and advise them on all other aspects of the process.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds from civilian to Law Enforcement to Military.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do they want a one time shooting experience, a CCW qualification or an ongoing series of classes to develop their shooting? Remember we also do a lot of corporate team building, bachelor and bachelorette parties.
