- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The success of my clients in obtaining their goals is as important to me as it is to them. Fitness goals take time to accomplish they don't come fast. Therefore, I offer discounted rates on longer commitments to ensure my clients reach their goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would first discuss what the customers fitness goal is and make a plan to reach that goal as effectively as possible. I then measure body stats and assess physical capabilities to determine what kind of fitness program would work best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on health and human performance. NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
