- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to offer high quality services at a more economical price. We bundle our dj, lighting and photo booth services to lower the cost so that you as the customer can get more of what you want for your party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by explaining the entire process to our clients, then we give them a rather extensive planning packet to go over. When it’s filled out(usually about two weeks before the wedding) we either meet in person, or over the phone, to go over all the details. Of course, we are available throughout the entire process to answer questions or offer insight.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal training. Not sure that really applies to my work.
