Introduction: I am a high school mathematics teacher who makes notes, note cards, foldables, etc. I can answer over the email, phone or Skype. I am very flexible when it comes to getting you the type of assistance you need. I enjoy challenges, and it is challenging to find what works for each person. I was struggling in my College Algebra class, so I decided to hire a tutor. Ms.Stanolis helped me gain an understanding of some key concepts in my class. She was always on time, was patient, and explained things in a way that waas very easy to comprehend. She was a great tutor, and I wouldn't have passed the class without her.

Mrs. Stanolis was my tutor during my junior and senior year of high school. She helped me with improving my ACT score from a 19 to a 27 and with homework in my concurrent classes. I took Calcalus Analysis Geomentry I my senior year and it was one of the most difficult classes I have ever taken, but thanks to Mrs. Stanolis I was able to make an A in the class. She was always very reliable and easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone else needing a excellent tutor.

My son had gone 2 years without a math class so he'd forgotten a lot. Ms. Stanolis not only got my son up to speed, he was making A's on math tests!!! He's NEVER liked math but all of a sudden he was saying "it's not that bad!". A WONDERFUL tutor!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to work with him/ her for an hour and make sure that our personalities mesh. I hope that the learner feels comfortable to ask as many questions as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been tutoring for over a decade in a multitude of subjects. I, also, teach professionally Algebra, Act Prep, and Ap Calculus AB.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started tutoring in junior high. It turns out, I made a career out of teaching.
