- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New River Valley CPR provides competitive pricing for all of our courses. Quotes are based on the number of students participating in the course and the total number of instructional sessions necessary to complete the course for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving basic information from customers (course needed, number of students, desired date/time/location of training) we prepare a quote and begin working with the customer to schedule the date(s) for training in as easy and efficient of a manner as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New River Valley CPR's Training Center Director and Lead Instructor, James Belcher has been a certified Emergency Medical Technician since 2003 and has served as a Police Officer since 2007. James also has prior experience as a Lifeguard, 911 Dispatcher and Animal Control Officer. Instructor Ellen Smith is a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic with many years of experience in EMS and Hospital settings. She also has prior experience as a lifeguard and as a mother.
