I am a former Division 1 football player, certified trainer and most importantly, My passion is helping people become better versions of themselves by working with them on achieving their health and wellness goals. That is why we use STEPS. This way introduce new information and programming at a pace that you can sustain and build on. - ESTABLISHING ACCOUNTABILITY... we will assess what your currently eating, see how to adjust, then I WILL BE CHECKING IN ON YOU DAILY to ensure that you are staying on track with your health and wellness. - TOOLS FOR SUCCESS... in the this program you will get everything you need to succeed. I went to Jared @ Reflection Fitness for strength training and to increase my fitness level. Since June 2016 I have noticed positive changes in my appearance and overall wellness. With his strength training program I have surpassed the 300lbs mark in Deadlift, Bench Press and Squat. His knowledge of his profession allows him to correct my technique as I have increased weight and this has helped me avoid any injury. I believe he is a reliable, punctual, experienced and committed trainer that will guide you to achieve your goals. Every work out is planned and has purpose, although challenging but VERY rewarding. Things that impressed me most.. -All of the training sessions with me were full of variety that were specific in targeting my goals -RESULTS!! from session to session I saw continual improvement in strength and flexibility -GREAT MOTIVATOR! really knows how to encourage you during the "difficult days". It doesn't get any easier you only get stronger! I definitely would recommend Jared @ Reflection Fitness.

I cannot say enough about how positive my experience has been with Jared! I was looking for someone who had experience with the Keto Diet as I was very overwhelmed on where to even start. I hired him due to his positive reviews and his experience in doing the diet himself. He took the time to understand my personal goals, my lifestyle as well as my preferences so he could build me a plan that would work for me. Well, that's exactly what it did! Because of Jared's amazing plan and consistent encouragement I lost 7 pounds in the first 10 days and within the first two months I have lost over 15 inches overall. In addition to this, he built me a workout plan that has been amazing. If you are looking for a passionate trainer and nutritionist who truly cares about you reaching your goals do NOT hesitate in hiring Jared. I am so thankful I found him!!

I had a great experience working with Jared. He created a cardio and strength program focused around my specific needs. He doesn't send a generic program he sends to all his clients. He asked about my goals and the equipment I have available to me and designed a cardio and strength program catering to my needs. I've seen tremendous results in strength and condition. If you're looking for a coach who will take the time to get to know you and what your goals are, jared is your guy
