- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First off, I would like to think of me as your wellness consultant. I don't just throw a generic plan at you and hope it works. We talk (or email/text) go through an assessment and then based off of your personal needs we come up with a plan that will work for you. Then you have full access to me, we have a weekly follow up schedule, you have my personal number that you can call or text with questions ANYTIME. My passion is your success. For online training and nutrition it is $99 for the first month, then $59 a month for every month after. If you would like to have a friend or family member join you its $139 for 2 people and $79 every month after that. If your group is larger than that then please let me know and we can come out with a customized group rate. I guarantee results if you follow the customized process. All online programs have a one month money back guarantee. In Person, Personal Training - $79 Per Session ($39 to add someone on) When you sign up your not just getting a 60 minute session, your getting: - 24-hr daily support via text, email or phone call for any questions - Weekly follow up to ensure that you are tracking towards your goals - A complete fitness and nutrition program (home,gym or travel) catered directly to you. - If needed, daily reminders for workouts, eating regimen and motivation for days that we do not meet together. - We meet 1-3 days a week, follow up on your goals weekly and your program includes workouts for when we are not together. - 14 day money back guarantee Like I stated earlier, I only take on a few clients at a time so I can give you the time to ensure that you reach your goals and sustain your new lifestyle well after we are done training together. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a phone call and have conversation to gain an understanding for one another. It very important that I know what your situation is: - Your Goal - Work Schedule - Typical eating patterns - Home Life/Support System - What realistic expectations we can set - Obstacles - Preferences - What communication Schedule works best for you Then we will work to find your WHY, your WHY is what will turn health and fitness from something that you simply want to do, into something you need to do. I will develop a fitness routine based on your schedule and what equipment you have available, as well as, if requested a nutrition outline. Both of these programs will be adjusted weekly based on your progress to your goal. My philosophy is that we are all different and have different circumstances. I truly want to put you in the best position to succeed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ACE Certified Trainer and have my bachelors in business management. My specialty is working with people who have busy schedules and struggle to fit health and fitness into their life.
