- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base the majority of our pricing on the difficulty and the time it takes to help you out. We have coverage areas in order to give a realistic idea of time of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always available to help and protect. We schedule our customers on their schedule so we can help out as conveniently as possible. On emergencies, we pride ourselves on a quick response time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and have several industry specific certifications and training diplomas. It is our job to stay ahead of customer concerns.
