- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up time to visit with you on your property and determine what your needs are. I will then develop a landscape design to accomplish what you want. After you receive the initial plan, we can work together until it is exactly what you want. Upon finishing the final design, a written quote with a contract will be provided to install the design. You can schedule the implementation of the design by returning the signed contract to me with the deposit amount specified on the contract. I will make the process interesting and easy for you by incorporating sound landscape concepts with your expectations, budget, and lifestyle. It has been my experience that this process is what leads to the best landscape design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a horticulture degree from Brigham Young and I've been in this business for about 20 years.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Creating a budget and communicating it to us is very helpful. It allows us to keep the scope of the work in line with your budget.
