I've been using S.A.Fenton for the last 8 years or so for hvac electrical and plumbing repairs at the apartment complex I work for and they have always done a perfetional jog and always clean up after there selfs I would recommend them to anyone

I can't tell you what an amazing experience working with them has been! From other companies, I was quoted as much as $2000 plus an additional $3000 in "recommended" work. They quoted me $600 through the app. Then when he checked it out in person, I could have sworn it was going to be $950 but it was still so much less than my other quotes. I hired him and he did a great job. He worked around my schedule was quick and clean. So, a few weeks later he calls me and tells me that he has a check for me and I overpaid by $425! Haha- I guess I misheard the quote. Talk about honesty! I even tried to give him a tip as thanks and he wouldn't take it. So I obviously highly recommend! He was just wonderful

We were able to find a friend to install our AC unit at cost, and this is the only reason we did not hire Bryon from S.A. Fenton. I received a quote from Bryon within an hour of posting on Thumbtack, a phone call within another hour or two, and within another hour or two he was at our home to quote the project (at 7:00 p.m.!). He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with us as new homeowners and his prices were very fair. He was our first choice to hire for the job if we had not found a friend to do it for us. Highly recommend!

My air conditioner broke and within 24 hours, Bryon had it fixed. He was courteous, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced, he even gave me tips for taking care of my unit in order to avoid paying unneccesary maintenance costs. I would highly recommend S.A. Fenton for anyone looking for good and reliable service and I plan to use them again in the future if needed.

Each project is quoted individually depending on consumer needs. No hidden costs! Upfront pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a representative will meet with the customer for to discuss the project and ensure that customer needs are understood. Afterwards a detailed written proposal will be prepared and emailed to the customer for their review. A follow up call will be placed 2-3 days afterwards to ensure receipt of the proposal and answer any questions that the customer may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Ohio mechanical contractor. Over 30 years experience in the construction industry. One call for all your needs.
