FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for our services. They vary based on what is needed or requested. We have 5 packages: 1. Starts out at 795.00 2. Starts out at 995.00 3. Starts out at 1195.00 4. Starts out at 1395.00 5. Starts out at 1595.00 However, in all honesty, we really try not to focus on how much money we can make but rather focus on what service we can provide to make your event as unique and memorable so that you feel as though your money was well spent. A deal is great when both parties walk away feeling great. When you search for someone to perform the most important night of your life, you really want that person to know the importance of your event because 95% of your guest will not remember what food they had that night, nor what flavor the dessert was. However, they WILL remember whether or not they had a great time. The truly "Great DJ's" are the ones that show up early, setup, check equipment, perform professionally, follow the agenda, make announcements, read a crowd to keep your guests dancing and successfully ending the night with the dance floor packed. These are the truly memorable moments your guests come back 5,6, or 7 years later asking whom your entertainment was. Word of mouth is the best advertisement because it's "TRUST" that people search for in a DJ and trust that their event will turn out the same as their friends. Clients want their event, crowded, fun and memorable. This is our goal we strive to achieve for every event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building Trust is our first priority when meeting new customers. Our process when working with new clients are as follows; 1. Building rapport with our client to better know them. 2. Identifying their needs by listening. 3. Finding a package that best serves them. 4. Presenting them that package and answer any questions they may have. 5. Following up to stay in touch with your customers to stay informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was a child, I was always active. My parents couldn't calm me down enough to see what I was interested in. They decided to put me in gymnastics, dance, tap and jazz. These were all active sports my parents thought would calm my enthusiasms. However, This only fueled my desire of music. So after high school, I pursued the performing arts and a BS in communication. After studying these courses I soon realized that public speaking and music are things I love and this would interest me in my future endeavors. I've been DJing ever since 1999. I still love every moment and learn new things at every event. This is not just a job for me but rather a life passion.
