- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I custom price each job as it depends on the work. You tell me what you want, I'll price according to time and difficulty of the work and time to edit. I'm a little flexible and willing to try to accommodate your budget. I do have a formula that takes into account time, number of locations, distance, etc. This way my pricing remains consistent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever possible, I like to meet with you first and discuss your needs. Mostly that pertains to weddings. Simple photoshoots probably not necessary although maybe some suggestions on what to wear or not wear in a family shoot, engagement shoot, etc. It's nice to take a little time and not be rushed so you are comfortable in front of the camera so I can capture your personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience, started as a hobby then professionally. I've worked with many other professionals as second shooter and back up assistant. I'm a member of several local camera clubs and also a member of PPSO Professional Photographers of Southwest Ohio. I'm also insured as a photography business and a registered LLC and vendor. I also subscribe to video training and continue to attend workshops to hone my skills. My skill level is high because I continue to learn. Probably most photographers do that.
