Nikki's team did a great job cleaning an apartment for us when we were on a short time frame, not to mention under difficult circumstances. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing system is based on the number of bedrooms Plus there are certain additional tasks that take on an extra fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Normally with a new customer I try to understand the needs of the customer and how they like there cleaning to be done. I normally let them know what is included in the quoted rate and them have them tell me what service they do not need and what service could be added into there cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was not formally trained in janitorial service but I did a little home care where we were trained on carrying out specific cleaning duties for our clients.
