- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I make sure we get to know one another. Trust in partnership is vital. Especially when they are trusting you with personal items. Letting them know and understand that they are most (customers) important to us. That punctuality, professionalism, honesty, proper communication is key. Making sure on our arrival, that we do not stop working until the task is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from Wright St. University with a BA in Business Management. I have years of moving experience and worked in sales for years.
