- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum diagnosis fee, only to cover my gas, time, and expertise. Although this diagnosis fee is completely waived when customer decides to go ahead with having me do the repair. No diagnosis charge for equipment replacement estimates. I never mark up equipment or material pricing, and stay extremely affordable on my labor cost. Therefore saving my customers hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically discuss the issue or job via telephone, then come out and look at the job at an agreed upon time. Most often resolving my customers project, repair, or installation needs within 1 to 1.5 days on average.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully licenced and certified to repair, maintain, and replace AC & Heatpump units, Electric & Gas furnaces, Boiler Systems, and Multi-Stage Equipment.
