We Maintain communication every step of the way with our customers. We warranty all of our work for 60 months. I asked for a quote on fixing my chimney. They were able to lay up a brand new chimney and also match the brick. The brick was difficult to find because of the age of my home but they were able to locate a match and even drove to pick it up. They didn't ask for any extra for all of the driving they had to do. I felt as though they really cared about me and doing a great job that was going to be to my satisfaction.
