This man has a cell phone that puts you on old and never picks up, although, the number that shows up on caller ID is different from the number I dialed-it's an FL number and I did get into voicemail finally this morning. Yesterday afternoon he gave me an estimate and I told him that I would get back to him either way. I picked him in the early evening and sent a message on the Thumbtack website telling him that I was hiring him and I would like to take him up on his offer to come this Saturday. This morning there was no answer. I sent him a message and asked for confirmation and still no response. I phoned on his Florida number and left a message saying that I expected a call back within the hour or I would no longer consider him hired. It is an hour and I haven't received either text or phone call.Aug 3, 2018Verified
