- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for wedding bookings, my minimum booking rate is $500. My travel rates are included in my pricing within a 1 hour travel time, if further, pricing will increase .50 each additional mile. I also come with a fully stocked kit and a professional ring light for optimal color matching and quality work on clients. I do require a 50% deposit upfront to book you. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client will message me or I them. We discuss the look they are trying to achieve, how many people needing makeup, and total time needed to be ready and the pricing. Then I love to do a trial for the client. This helps me get a feel for what they are trying to achieve, and maybe see any inspiration photos and talk allergies and skin type etc. If they want to book me without a trial, that works too. I then would send over my booking contract, have the client E sign, collect 50% deposit upfront, and BOOM, you booked me, and I will be there to glam you for your big day or event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and still learning. Over 10 years. Continually learning new techniques and going to makeup artist seminars.
